We have implemented white label services for some of the UK’s largest educators as well as in other sectors like energy, working to detailed requirements, level of desired IT integration and activity level, and a fully structured on-boarding and go-live process. We produce a bespoke service and working agreement with each client, which includes complete knowledge and compliance training, adopting and creating white label communications, agreeing and aligning contact strategies and workflows and operating systematic payment collections on clients’ behalf. We handle all payments, produce daily reconciliations and reporting. We raise and respond to queries and report back with weekly reports and regular project meetings. We operate with full FCA compliance and visibility of all account activity. If final payment reminders are not heeded, we handle all communications before closing the accounts which can be uploaded to Oriel for Debt Recovery and, if required, legal action. We currently achieve success rates at 90% success of all UK Student collections being made without the need to refer to debt recovery and over 80% of Overseas Students collections.
